The Role
We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to help manage and scale TikTok Shop operations for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of commerce, creators, and platform mechanics.
You’ll support both strategy and execution as brands launch and grow on TikTok Shop.
What You’ll Do
- Manage TikTok Shop accounts including product setup and catalog health
- Support creator outreach, product seeding, and affiliate coordination
- Monitor orders, fulfillment, and operational issues
- Assist with promotional setup and campaign execution
- Track performance trends and surface insights tied to content and creators
- Coordinate with brand and creative teams to ensure product readiness
- Stay current on TikTok Shop policy and feature updates

The Role
We’re hiring an Amazon Seller & Vendor Central Specialist to support day-to-day channel operations. This role is critical to keeping the Amazon engine running smoothly and identifying issues before they become revenue problems.
You’ll be hands-on in the platforms, working closely with senior strategy leads and client teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts
- Support catalog health including listings, variations, attributes, and suppressions
- Identify, open, and follow through on Amazon cases and tickets
- Monitor inventory health, stock risk, and inbound issues
- Support forecasting inputs and flag risks tied to availability or velocity
- Track pricing, buy box, and compliance issues
- Assist with promotions, deals, and event readiness
- Provide clear documentation and updates on in-progress issues
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Seller Central and/or Vendor Central experience
- Experience resolving catalog issues, suppressions, and operational errors
- Comfort working with Amazon support and escalating when needed
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communicator who can work across time zones

The Role
We’re looking for an Amazon Ads Specialist who is deeply hands-on and understands how advertising fits into the broader Amazon business. You will manage and optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP in close coordination with internal strategy leads and client teams.
This role is not about hitting ROAS in a vacuum. It’s about driving incremental growth, protecting key items, and supporting broader sales and inventory goals.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns
- Structure campaigns with clear brand vs non-brand intent and strong item-level control
- Actively manage bids, budgets, placements, and audiences on a regular cadence
- Monitor pacing and ensure budgets are deployed efficiently throughout the day
- Analyze performance beyond surface-level ROAS, including incrementality and sales impact
- Support major retail events (Prime events, BFCM, launches) with thoughtful planning and follow-through
- Collaborate closely with sales, ops, and content teams to align ads with availability and priorities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience
- Comfort working directly inside Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, search behavior, and retail media mechanics
- Ability to explain why something is working, not just report results
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your work
